I can't believe how fast this transaction occurred, less than a week, unbelievable!! I really have to say that without you people and your software I never would have been able to do such nice work in such short time in embroidery for my customers. It’s now almost 2 years since I bought the DRAWings X3 software from you... I went and really studied the CorelDRAW software and then I got the results I was dreaming about. DRAWings is a fantastic program but like everything in life, nothing happens from just pressing a stitch button hoping the results will be perfect. I just got my software and was eager to get it installed... I saw a "chat" button on their website... Within mere minutes a gentleman named Kostas was there to walk me through the situation. He just took control and did everything and got me running in record time. That's what I call excellent customer service.

Your software definitely allows creativity to flow without any hindrance and sometimes – because of my previous experience with convoluted software – I end up thinking: “It can’t be that simple!” but actually... it is! When something is too good to be real as DRAWings... probably is just that good for real!

I downloaded the evaluation version of DRAWings® 4 software and all I can say is WOW. It easily imported a file I worked for four days on with a competitive software (could never get acceptable results with that other software).
I am really impressed with the upgrade and features of DRAWings Pro X. I have noticed a difference in the embroidery work that I produce: for some reason DRAWings Pro X is talking to the embroidery machine a lot better than Pro 8. I love the 3D in satin stitch and am having fun with that.
Thank you for your help and for making a great program, I just recently discovered the various patterns for the step stitch. I am glad that I invested in this software.
I am having fun - I have used all kinds of software in my day, drawing-painting, photo editing, digital cutter software etc. this is truly one of the friendliest "graphics" type of programs I've ever used.

I have been embroidering for 14 years and own several programs. I find that the DRAWstitch software allows me to quickly digitize for customers without spending the hours I normally use to spend. The results and flexibility are outstanding... DRAWings 4 and Wings’ modular digitize with fewer stitches that cuts down on time and cost.

I'd like to sincerely thank the Drawing program's technical support team for their exceptional assistance. Even though the main issue on my Windows PC couldn't be resolved directly, they identified the root cause and advised me to work with a local programmer for the more complex steps. Despite that, they supported me step by step to get the program working on another computer - helping me disable the passkey, download the software, and set up the Italian language. Everything was explained clearly and precisely. Their professionalism, availability, and attention to detail were truly outstanding, and thanks to their support I was finally able to use the software successfully on another computer. I highly recommend this team: even remotely, their support is thorough, reliable, and genuinely caring. Thank you!
