Learn about the benefits and process of registering your software

A. Why register your software?

Registering the Serial Number (S/N) of the Key of your copy of the software, under your name, gives you the following privileges:

  1. Protection against Key Loss: It protects you in case you lose your Software Key (where a Software Locking System is available), allowing us to issue a replacement.
    Note: This applies only to registered Software Keys, not USB/Hardware Keys (dongles). Refer to the EULA in the "About" menu for more details.
  2. Free Remote-Repair: Provides the option of free remote-repair for your Hardware Key in certain cases of malfunction.
  3. Key Replacement Eligibility: Makes you eligible for a replacement of a damaged Hardware Key if the S/N cannot be retrieved from it.
    Subject to conditions in the EULA.
  4. Members Area Access: Grants access to our website's Members Area, featuring exclusive training videos and support.

B. How to register your software?

To register, you will fill in an online form with personal data (name/company, address, phone, email).

Using accurate data and a working email helps us confirm legitimate ownership and facilitate support. The software automatically retrieves your S/N, O/S, installation path, and build version during registration to assist with technical support.

C. Registration vs. Mailing List

Registering your software and joining our mailing list are separate actions. You can choose either, both, or neither.

If you want registration privileges (Section A) but wish to opt out of the mailing list, simply choose to Unsubscribe rather than Unregister.

D. Unregistering your software

To delete your data from our Registration database, use the "Unregister" option in the software's Help menu (if available) or contact us at contact@drawstitch.com.

Warning

Unregistering your software means that:

  1. We can no longer verify ownership to replace a lost Software Key.
  2. We cannot provide remote-repair for your Hardware Key.
  3. You may lose eligibility for Hardware Key replacement.
  4. You will lose access to the Members Area.
