All objects of that type will be deselected.

Method 5: Keeping Only Specific Stitch Types by Deselecting Others

This approach allows you to start with a broad selection (like all objects) and then narrow it down by specifying which stitch types to remove, effectively keeping only the ones you don’t remove.

Select All Objects: You can do this by pressing
Ctrl+A
or using the software’s “Select All” command.

Identify a Type to Keep (as a starting point): Right-click on the stitch type on the Properties Bar that represents one of the types you wish to keep selected.

Choose Types to Deselect: From the context menu, navigate to the “Remove from Selection” sub-menu or option.

From this sub-menu, select the stitch type(s) you want to deselect. All objects of the chosen type(s) will be removed from the current selection, leaving the others selected.

By using these methods, you can quickly and flexibly manage selections in even the most complex embroidery designs, making your editing process more efficient. You can then easily apply changes such as new styles, patterns, color adjustments, or adding outlines to all selected objects at once.

How to Select Multiple Objects by Stitch Type in DRAWings PRO.
